Nikolaou Associates is proud to have been be involved, as architect for Re-Grow Retail Pty Ltd, in their recent redevelopment of the mall entry of Robinson Road Marketplace shopping centre to incorporate a new medical centre and café. The medical centre has now been relocated to a significantly more prominent location at the entry to the mall, immediately accessible to people as they come up the travellator from the carpark. The redevelopment caters to an increasing need for easily accessible medical services, and strengthens the overall branding of the Centre in a wide range of health services including an existing hydrotherapy pool on Level 1. The relocation of the Stellarossa café closer to the atrium allows for a more inviting environment. Patrons are now able to better enjoy a lively, light-filled open space filled with greenery while they meet with friends for coffee.
