Robinson Road Marketplace

The refurbishment of the mall and retail areas of this Neighbourhood Centre has led to many opportunities to improve the overall feel and amenity for its patrons and retailers alike. The facade has undergone a major re-imaging while the addition of a food precinct and extended mall areas caters to the need for engagement offering lounge facilities, kids play areas and public artwork. Major improvements have also been made to vertical circulation better connecting the retail area with parking and the medical centre situated on Level 1. In addition to the planning and design of the upgrade, Nikolaou Associates was responsible for Design of Large Format Signage and the provision of Tenancy Design Guide Lines and Leasing Plans for each of the Tenancies.
